QA Automation Technical Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts, test suites, and frameworks, QA automation strategy.
• Integrate automated testing into the CI/CD pipeline.
• Evaluate and recommend test automation tools, frameworks, and technologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation.
• Ability to explain complicated technical concepts and decisions to non-technical people.
• Collaborate with QA teams.
• Provide training and support to QA engineers and team members.
• Stay updated with emerging trends, tools, and technologies in test automation and quality assurance.

Skills Required:

• Experience (3 to 5 years) in QA automation.
• Experience in UI/UX and REST API testing.
• Solid understanding of software development and testing methodologies.
• Strong expertise in automation tools and technologies (especially in low code tools).
• Proficient in programming languages (e.g., Java, Javascript) used for test automation.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git).
• Analytical skills and ability to understand complex issues and Problem-solving skills.
• Must be proactive & solution-oriented.
• Capable of analyzing existing automation flows to enhance and expand them.
• Adapt to new technical skills if required.
