- Strategic Hiring: Collaborate with hiring managers and team leads to understand job requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies. Proactively seek updates from the team to ensure alignment with hiring needs.
- Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends and market standards to provide insights and recommendations for talent acquisition.
- Manage Applicant Tracking System (ATS): Manage the ATS to ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate information. Utilize automated CV review platforms to streamline the initial candidate screening process. Stay informed about advancements in recruitment technology to enhance our hiring efficiency.
- 2-4 years of proven experience in recruitment.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and industry best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with Automated CV Review Platforms and experience in managing ATS is an added advantage.
