Job Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Process Management: Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting qualified candidates to hiring managers. 
  • Strategic Hiring: Collaborate with hiring managers and team leads to understand job requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies. Proactively seek updates from the team to ensure alignment with hiring needs.
  • Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends and market standards to provide insights and recommendations for talent acquisition.
  • Manage Applicant Tracking System (ATS): Manage the ATS to ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate information. Utilize automated CV review platforms to streamline the initial candidate screening process. Stay informed about advancements in recruitment technology to enhance our hiring efficiency.

Requirement: 

  • 2-4 years of proven experience in recruitment.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and industry best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with Automated CV Review Platforms and experience in managing ATS is an added advantage.
